E-Poster Preparation Guidelines

  • All E-posters must be prepared as a Single PowerPoint slide, in portrait (vertical) orientation.
  • Before you make your slide, click the following to download the template.

  • If you are unable to use the above template, please follow the instructions below to set your slide size
    • Open PowerPoint and select -> “Design” -> “Slide size” -> “Custom slide size” and set “Width” to 11.25inches (28.575cm) and “Height” to 20 inches (50.8cm). Also select Orientation to “Portrait” and click “OK”.  
  • Font sizes:
         > Heading Text: 36 pt
         > Body Text: 16 pt to 28 pt
  • Content: Text, images, and tables are allowed. Do not include videos, animations, or transitions
  • Image format: Avoid TIF files (especially from Mac systems)
  • Include the first and last name with affiliations of all authors, exactly as submitted in the abstract
  • Please indicate the presenting author by underlining the name

Please upload your completed E-poster and proof of registration at the congress using the Google form link provided in the email sent to you by 12:00 midnight on 15th May 2025.
