How to Create a ZIP File
  1. Select the files or folders you want to include in the ZIP file.
    Hold the Ctrl key and click each file if you want to select multiple items.
  2. Right-click on the selected file(s) or folder.
  3. From the menu, choose "Send to".
  4. Click "Compressed (zipped) folder."
  5. A new ZIP file will be created in the same location as your selected files.
  6. Rename the ZIP file if needed and press Enter.
  7. Your files are now compressed into one ZIP file, which can be easily uploaded or shared.
