Cancellation Policy

All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing and sent to office@slcp.lk
For all cancellations received on or before 21^st of May 2025, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded with a deduction of 25% as a cancellation fee to cover administration costs. Please note that refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the conference
No refunds of registration fees will be made after this date.
