Author Guidelines for Abstract Submission
Submissions are hereby invited for the above academic activity scheduled for the 06th of March 2026 planned to be held in the New Auditorium of the Lady Ridgeway Hospital
(LRH).
Abstracts should ONLY be submitted in the attached form and sent electronically to:
rarediseases.slcp@gmail.com
The abstract should be structured and assembled in the lowest box provided in the
form and the maximum word count, with the headings in that box, should be 250
words. It is mandatory to use Microsoft WORD in the English (UK) template.
Please note that submissions in ANY OTHER FILE FORMAT SUCH AS PDF AND
ANY OTHER ARRANGEMENT OF ENGLISH SUCH AS ENGLISH (US) WILL BE
REJECTED BECAUSE OF LOGISTICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PROCESSING.
The deadline for submissions will be 16.00 hours on Friday 31st January 2026.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DEADLINE WILL NOT BE EXTENDED UNDER ANY
CIRCUMSTANCE.
Selected abstracts will be presented during the 10th Rare Disease Day Celebrations on
the 06th of March 2025 as oral or poster presentations.
